We are looking for OPOTA certified armed security guards for multiple locations. Sites vary from in store security, retail, have both armed and gas stations. You must be able to pass a background check to obtain your security guard card. You must have reliable transportation. You will maintain a high visibility presence with the goal to detect, deter, observe and report.

Responsibilities

• Protect company’s property and staff by maintaining a safe and secure environment
• Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances
• Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences
• Report in detail any suspicious incidents
• Patrol randomly or regularly building and perimeter

Skills

• Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position
• Excellent knowledge of public safety and security procedures/protocols
• Surveillance skills and detail orientation
• Integrity and professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
